On Scout, Sitetracker's agentic AI platform, I designed how people direct and monitor agents, and the knowledge systems that keep them grounded. Before that, production tracking: GIS data, mobile and web, field crews and finance teams, and all of it had to land on the same number. I've done this in construction and infrastructure most recently, and before that in edtech, a two-sided hiring marketplace, and consumer apps.
