O V E R V I E W
I designed this responsive landing page for Humana agents to send directly to prospective Medicare clients after an initial meeting. Prospects use their personalized page to review and enroll in a Medicare plan.

C H A L L E N G E 
Healthcare is confusing, and enrolling in a plan is a daunting task. Working within Humana’s brand guidelines, I set out to design an experience where seniors could easily review their options and confidently enroll in a plan. 
S O L U T I O N S
I followed best practices when designing for seniors, including larger fonts, contrasting colors, and clear CTAs.

To avoid overwhelming users, I contained each section (welcome, plan options, and additional resources) to a full-height view that snaps upon 
scroll on desktop. 

Below, I walk through how we optimized displaying the lengthy plan information on tablet and mobile.

Most users will be viewing their plan options and making this important decision on a desktop, so I used dropdowns to show and hide plan details and agent contact info on tablet & mobile. The goal of enrolling in a plan is obvious.
